Welcome to Acharya Bangalore Pandit (acharyabangalore.com). By accessing our website, browsing our list of Vedic pujas, and booking an online pandit with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms outline booking procedures, service expectations, and user responsibilities.
1. Service Scope & Booking Process
Acharya Bangalore Pandit operates under the leadership of **Nishant Pandey** to connect customers in Bangalore with qualified, verified North Indian and Hindi Pandits for the performance of sacred Hindu rituals.
- Online Bookings: Bookings submitted via our online form are requests. A booking is considered officially confirmed only after we contact you via Phone/WhatsApp and establish a mutual agreement on the auspicious date, muhurat, and pandit assignment.
- Puja Materials: Depending on the finalized package, puja materials may be provided by us or must be procured by the customer. The specifics of the materials list will be shared prior to the ritual date.
2. User Responsibilities & Conduct
To ensure a highly auspicious and successful ritual, the customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate personal information, mobile contact numbers, and precise venue locations.
- Securely submit all required booking details through our forms (which strictly forbid external URL injections to maintain site safety).
- Ensure that all necessary physical preparations (clean ritual space, sitting mats, deeps, and raw materials as agreed) are ready at the ritual venue prior to the pandit's arrival.
3. Rescheduling & Reservice Terms
We understand that ritual schedules can occasionally change due to unforeseen personal or muhurat adjustments:
- Rescheduling Requests: Customers must request any rescheduling of confirmed pujas at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat time.
- Rescheduling Fee: In general, no extra fee is charged for the first rescheduling request, subject to the availability of our Acharyas on the newly requested date.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we guarantee top-tier, highly qualified and traditional Acharyas for all rituals, we are not liable for:
- Any delays in rituals caused by natural disasters, major traffic bottlenecks, or inaccurate venue addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays due to non-availability of specified puja materials that were the responsibility of the customer to procure.
