Because the booking of an Acharya involves auspicious muhurats and physical preparation of materials, we maintain a clear, fair cancellation and refund policy as detailed below.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
We understand that family plans or astronomical muhurats may occasionally shift, requiring a cancellation of a booked service:
- Cancellation 48 Hours or More Prior: If you cancel your confirmed booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled puja time, you are eligible for a **Full 100% Refund** of any advance booking deposits paid.
- Cancellation Between 24 to 48 Hours Prior: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled puja time are eligible for a **50% Refund** of the advance deposit.
- Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Prior: Advance deposits are **Non-Refundable** for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled puja time, as the assigned Pandit/Acharya has reserved their auspicious timing and puja materials may have already been prepared.
2. Rescheduling Policy (Alternative to Cancellation)
Instead of canceling, we highly recommend rescheduling the ritual, which is a much more auspicious alternative:
- You can request a reschedule up to **24 hours prior** to the scheduled puja time at no extra fee.
- The rescheduled booking must be completed within 60 days of the original date, subject to the availability of the Acharya on the newly requested date.
3. Cancellation or Delay by Our Team
In extremely rare circumstances where our assigned Pandit/Acharya is unable to reach the venue due to natural disruptions, severe health issues, or unforeseen blockages:
- We will immediately arrange a fully qualified alternative Pandit/Acharya to perform the ritual at the scheduled time.
- If we are completely unable to provide an alternative, you will receive a **100% Full Refund** of any paid amount within 3 business days.
4. Processing of Refunds
